Injection Moulding Machine (IMM) Unloading Robot is a multi axial robotic arm used for unloading the hot components safely from the mould and put them either into the bins or on the unloading conveyor.
These robots are mounted on the fixed platen of the IMM and can unload the moulded components while the IMM is running in Auto Cycle without opening the safety door. This helps in reducing the operation cycle time and increase the productivity.
It can be directly commissioned on IMM having interface connections as per EUROMAP 17 or 67 standards. If the wiring of IMM is not according to above standards the machine supplier should be contacted to upgrade the wiring system.
